Chibby team wants you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. We do accept returns for unused merchandise in its original condition at time of purchase.

 

Return Policy
Merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is different from what you had ordered or there is a size issue, you may return the merchandise. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise return is valid within 30 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.

Please note that the shipping cost of a returned product is at your expense. We recommend that you use a method that allows you to track the package, as we are not responsible for products lost in transit.

 

Refunds of payments :
After the merchandise is received by Chibby team and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall process a refund within 5 working days of receipt of the merchandise.
Refunds of payments charged to the Cardholder’s credit card will only be credited back to the Cardholder’s credit card account, which was used to pay for the original order. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.

Exchange:
Simply place a new order. Upon receiving your return, we will refund your original method of
payment.
